Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the Cal Poly housing complexes, as we have experienced parking issues and misdirections in the past. However, we invite you to arrange a meeting point at any non-residental building such as the bookstore, library, or Performing Arts Center (PAC). Our delivery drivers are more than happy to accommodate to your needs.

We now serving Pho (Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup)

Pho was created in Northern Vietnam during the mid-1880's. The dish was heavily influenced by both Chinese and French cooking. Rice noodles and spices were imported from China; the red meat is from France. In fact, it's believed that "Pho" is derived from "pot au feu", a French soup. Vietnamese cooks blended the Chinese and French styles to make a dish that is called the Vietnamese beef noodles soup, Pho!!!

Our Pho is served in a bowl with a specific cut of white rice noodles in clear broth. Our broth is made by simmering beef bones with charred onion & ginger, then adding spices over several hours for a unique taste.
Your Pho will be served with a side plate of bean sprout, Vietnamese basil, fresh slices of jalapeno and lime wedges. Diners can season the sup to taste and add texture to this aromatic broth.
